GREIGE FABRIC INSPECTION / CHECKING MACHINES

The fabric received is thoroughly checked on the machine with glass backlight feature to intensely inspect the quality / category of the fabric.

GAS SINGEING MACHINE

Singeing is a process applied to fabrics to produce an even surface by burning off projecting fibres, yarn ends and fuzz. Our machine is equipped with double jet ceramic imported burners which provide the best results for this process.

DESIZING MACHINE

Desizing is the process of removing the size material / impurities to improve the absorbency of the fabric. Our machine is equipped with latest auto dozing technology to apply size removing chemicals with pad batching system.

CONTINUOUS BLEACHING RANGE - CBR

Our company is equipped with the Menzel Germany made Continuous Bleaching Range (CBR) machine having capacity of 70000 to 95000 linear meter per day. This machine is an ultimate solution with fully automatic programmer and chemical dosing system for pretreatment process of fabrics to achieve consistent results for the entire quantity.

CONTINUOUS MERCERIZING MACHINE

This machine is chainless Mercerizing machine equipped with fully automatic PLC based programming and dosing system for caustic treatment to the cotton part of fabrics. This is an essential process to get greater affinity for dyes and smooth surface on the fabrics.

SUEDING FINISH MACHINE

This machine is known as Lafer finishing machine. Our machine is PLC based fully automatic surface Sueding finish machine having six Ceramic Brushing Rollers for mechanical effect on the surface of the fabric. Ceramic rollers are of Italy make and high precision operation with the help of latest software.

JIGGER DYEING MACHINES

Jigger dyeing is one of the oldest & best proven techniques for piece dyeing. We are equipped with total 60 machines of different batch size capacity between 500 kgsto 900 kgs which are fully automatic, equipped with continuous circulation system helping us achieve flawless results with optimized production capacity.

ROTARY PRINTING MACHINE

Stormac RD 6 Gold Rotary printing machine helps in delivering ultra-sharp uniform prints on the fabric with little room for error. We are equipped with three rotary printing machines, fully automatic with permanent magnets which can print designs upto 8 colors with maximum precision and finest results. This machine is designed & manufactured by SPG Prints, Netherlands.

CONTINUOUS AGER MACHINE

Continuous Ager Machine is very important for fixation of dyes particularly for the Reactive Dyes as well as VAT Dyes for Procion & Discharge Prints. Unit has selected the specialized automatic control system in this machine for uniform results in entire quantity of fabric processed.

Polymerizing cum Ager Machine

We have selected and installed this machine for multipurpose use in our printing department. This machine is equipped with the Oil Heating system for higher temperature requirement for fixation of Pigment Dyes after printing. Even function of the same machine is very useful for development & fixation for Disperse Dyes printed on the Polyester Fabric.

CONTINUOUS PRINT WASHING RANGE

This continuous washing range provides very high washing performance on the upper and back side of fabric for its whole width efficient removal of unfixed dyestuff, gum and other chemicals from fabrics. Designed & manufactured by Thakore Engg., Ahmedabad.

HOT AIR STENTER

High temperature Hot Air Stenter machines are installed for heat setting and customized finishing with chemicals /auxiliaries. GSPL houses two Stenter machines equipped with 3 bowl padding mangle, completely automatic dosing & PLC based inverter drives, each of 8 chambers and suitable for upto 1600 mm width of the woven fabrics.

CALENDERING MACHINE

This unique 5 bowl polyamide and cotton rollers with hydraulic pressurized machine suitable to provide and improve surface feel of the fabrics with smoothness, flawless luster & gleam shine.

SANFRONAZING (PRE-SHRINKAGE) MACHINE

This machine is equipped with PLC system including of highest quality dumping unit before Rubber belt & Woolenfelt. This machine deploys a method of stretching, shrinking and fixing the woven cloth in both length and width before cutting and producing.

FABRIC INSPECTION AND ROLLING MACHINE

GSPL in-house Packing department for finished fabric is equipped with Inspection cum Rolling machines for thoroughly inspection / checking of finish fabric processed in the unit.

ROLL PACKING MACHINE

In-House packing department of GSPL is also equipped with the Roll Packing with transparent film wrapped / air-tight shrink to protect & to eliminate any possibilities of damage the packed fabric rollers from water or anyway.

LABORATORY

Our company has an in-house fully equipped Laboratory for testing of greige fabric, dyes / chemicals, final products and environmental parameters of the treated wastewater, operated by qualified & experienced technicians.

We are testing each & every sample of greige fabric so far as its count / construction, width, weight (GSM or GLM) is concerned. Every supply of raw material including dyes / chemicals used for processing of the fabric are also tested with its standard / previous supply for consistency results. Finally, we have strict system to allow the packing of final finished fabric in our premises only after checking all the parameters tested in our in-house laboratory for its colour fastness (i.e. dry / wet rubbing) including washing fastness, tearing strength, tensile strength, residual shrinkage of finished width etc.

BOILERS – ESP (CARBON CREDIT)

PLC based with auto fuel injecting system Coal Fired Steam Boiler of required capacity. This is basic necessity to provide optimum steam heating (energy) for various processes on the majority machineries.

GSPL strongly believes to maintain the rules of environment friendly atmosphere as per direction prescribed by Government under Pollution Control Boards and accordingly, GSPL Boiler house is fully equipped with all the Air Pollution Control equipments (incl. ESP).

Effluent Treatment Plant

GSPL has own fully equipped effluent treatment plant (ETP) in the premises. The plant is installed since inception of the unit and working efficiently throughout 24/7 for treating the waste water generated out of various processes. GSPL is holding the lifetime membership of NTIEM to dispatch the treated waste water for further treatment to the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) facility provided by NTIEM.

NTIEM (Narol Textile Infrastructure & Environ Management) has setup of Asia largest Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) and collect the effluent generated from approx 125 unit / members as well as continuously operating the CETP to achieve norms prescribed by the Govt. Prior to discharge the water in the river.
